Q: How long does it take to get a DRT Report?
A: Once we receive your order for the requested DRT Report, you will receive it via email within 24 hours of purchase.
Q: I did not receive my DRT Report within 24 hours, what do I do?
A: If you did not receive your DRT Report within 24 hours, email us at digitalradiotracker@gmail.com and let us know you did not receive it and we will resend it to you.
Q: Do you mail hardcopy DRT Reports?
A: No, DRT Reports are exclusively delivered via email and therefore we do not mail hard copy reports.
Q: What if there is a discrepancy with the DRT Report I received?
A: Contact us immediately and let us know of the discrepancy and we will have the issue researched.
Q: Does DigitalRadioTracker.com report airplay spins to any industry trade publications?
A: We are currently submitting our airplay chart to various industry trade publications and industry executives on a weekly basis however, at this time the chart is only posted on some industry websites.
Q: How are you able to track my song without any encoding or fingerprinting?
A: We have created a new technology software that records the data of each of our monitored radio stations playlist and compiles a DRT Report file for each song that is played. Therefore, once your song is played on any of our monitored stations, we have a DRT Report on your song.
