A: You will receive your DRT Report shortly after your order is completed. A PDF version will be sent to your DRT User Account email address and a copy will also be uploaded to your DRT User Account for viewing, saving, sharing or printing.

A: No, we do not mail a hard copy of DRT Reports. DRT Reports are delivered exclusively via email or viewed in your DRT Account.
A: Contact us immediately at DigitalRadioTracker@gmail.com from your DRT User Account email address and let us know of the discrepancy and we will have the issue researched, explained or resolved.
A. We have a risk-free guarantee! Simply email us at DigitalRadioTracker@gmail.com from your DRT User Account email address and we will credit your DRT User Account with a new report for future use. Your DRT User Account must be active to generate the newly credited report at your convenience. Accounts are limited to a one-time credit only.
A: Currently, we do not offer unlimited DRT Report packages or licensed data usage accounts.
A: Yes, we do. Email us at DigitalRadioTracker@gmail.com from your DRT User Account email address and we will set-up an invoiced account for you.
A: Yes, we do. Simply sign up for a DRT User Account and then send us a PayPal payment to DigitalRadioTracker@gmail.com and your DRT Account will be credited within 24-48 hours
